I began studying nutrition after the devastating loss of my mother to cancer when I was only 19. Fast forward through many years and my own serious health battles, where good nutrition practices and the guidance of a great coach finally put me on my own path back to feeling vibrant. It’s my mission to help you create a body you love and the lifestyle to maintain it, in a way that fits your life.
