30 days of One-on-One Coaching

This package provides an introduction to health coaching for those who want to learn what it’s all about.  This is NOT a weight loss program, but rather an opportunity to learn and practice some of the basic tools that will help you reach your weight and health goals.  This coaching is conducted via a dedicated app and video calls. It includes:

30-Minute Initial Consultation and Goal-Setting session

  • Welcome Guide

  • Weekly Habits

  • Twice weekly lessons

  • Weekly 15-minute check-in via video call or chat

At the end of this introductory program, when you decide to continue with either one-on-one or group coaching, you will receive a discount on a long-term package (with a minimum 3-month commitment).


EXPERIENCE

3 Months of One-on-One Coaching

This package is perfect if you want to learn the fundamental habits that will lead to long-term, sustainable change, and are ready to invest the time in your own well-being.  You’ll experience what it’s like to make real change, develop self-confidence, and change your relationship with food and your body.

ESTABLISH

6 Months of One-on-One Coaching

In this program, we take you to the next level.  We dig deeper, and we spend more time focused on individual habits and the best way to apply them to your lifestyle.  Changing habits and behaviour patterns takes time, and in this program, we will focus on establishing mindset and behaviour patterns that you can apply throughout your life.
